When it came time to replace our old units I immediately called Paul at Samm's. He had solved a problem last fall that 3 other contractors had failed to correct. I don't believe that I have ever worked with a group that was more knowledgeable of the intricacies of heating and air conditioning systems. They patiently explained each step of the process and went out of their way to make sure that the process was as painless to me as could be. Our new Trane systems work flawlessly and the house stays cool for the first time since we moved in.
