It could not have gone better. Paul came out to give the quote which I received later that day. Although he was only here for about a 1/2 hour, the list of things he would do was much more complete and detailed than a competitor's description. It was clear that Paul knows his stuff. The installation went just as well. Javier and his team worked two very long days to get the system installed (someone else added the insulation the next morning). At 9:15 the second night, just as they were getting it wrapped up, Javier actually volunteered to vacuum the stairs! Rick K. - (Dallas)

Unbelievable customer service!!! Samm’s was recommended to me from another Realtor friend who was recommended to her by another Realtor friend...and if you can win Realtors over...you're GOLDEN!!! Samm's has been servicing my units and those of my clients' for the past 6 years and does an EXCELLENT job! You all are so incredibly TRUSTWORTHY and TRUE PROFESSIONALS! I had my unit replaced by another HVAC company several years ago and my home still wasn't cooling properly...come to find out they essentially "rigged" it to "get me by" and charged a whopping $3,000 to do so. Paul is the ONLY HVAC PROFESSIONAL who took the time to explain things to me and let me know what was really done. He's by far the friendliest gentleman and is so kind and knowledgeable. His wife who also works with him is incredibly sweet and is terrific at scheduling his appointments, answering the phones, and taking time to listen to exactly what it is you REALLY NEED. I'm so THRILLED to FINALLY have met dependable professionals like Paul and his team. I will never use another heating and air provider.
