Tiffany’s path to leadership is one of a kind. Before HVAC, she thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail, worked as a chef, and earned a chemistry degree. She later joined Samm’s as an install apprentice and rose to Install Manager through grit, intelligence, and technical mastery. Her wide-ranging experience gives her an unmatched ability to problem-solve and mentor teams.
